精品论文 参考文献 减轻静脉穿刺疼痛感的方法探究 周建红 杨文菊（四川省攀枝花市中心医院 617067） 【中图分类号】R61【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2012）27-0127-02 【摘要】目的 减轻静脉输液过程中的疼痛感。方法 将400例静脉输液的病人随机分两组，对照组200例，采用传统的静脉输液方法，实验组200例在静脉穿刺时采用心理干预、直刺法、增大进针角度进行穿刺，绷紧皮肤，进针时采用三点一线的方法。结果 实验组静脉输液时疼痛感明显减轻(Plt;0.01).结论 实验组的方法能够减轻静脉输液过程中的疼痛感。 【关键词】静脉输液 静脉穿刺 减轻 疼痛 【Abstract】　Reducing venipuncture pain research on Methods of panzhihua city in Sichuan province hospital Zhou Jianhong summary：reducing the pain of intravenous infusion.Methods of intravenous infusion of 400 cases randomly in twogroups of patients,controlgroup of 200 cases,using the traditiona
