精品论文 参考文献 卡孕栓配伍催产素对预防剖宫产产后出血的临床观察 程丹玲 桂欣 赵静 李娟 张美玲（黑龙江省哈尔滨市妇幼保健院妇产科 150010） 【中图分类号】R713【文献标识码】A【文章编号】1672-5085（2012）2-0230-03 【摘要】目的 观察卡前列甲酯栓(卡孕栓) 配伍催产素对剖宫产产后出血的影响。方法 选择240例有发生产后出血高危因素的剖宫产产妇，随机 观察组与对照组各120例。剖宫产常规处理，观察组胎儿娩出后即加用卡孕栓1mg舌下含服，对照组用催产素10IU静滴。观察两组患者的产后出血量、产后出血发生率等。结果 ①两组患者年龄、孕周、产次，产时处理，新生儿体重相比差异无显著性(P＞0.05)，两组有可比性；②两组相比观察组产后出血量明显少于对照组(P＜0.05)；③120例服用卡孕栓组患者服药前收缩压，舒张压，服药后收缩压及舒张压均差异无显著性(P＞0.05)；结论 胎儿娩出后舌下含服卡孕栓1mg配伍催产素，能产生强有力的子宫收缩，减少产后出血，是一种简单、安全、高效的预防剖宫产产后出血的方法。 【关键词】卡前列甲酯栓(卡孕栓) 催产素 产后出血 Effect observation of carboprost with oxytocin on postpartum hemorrhage preventi 【Abstract】 Objective To observe the effects of methyl Carprost Suppositoty with oxytocin on reducing postpartum bleeding in cesarean section Methods 240 cesarean section in hign risk patients were divided into two groups:methyl carprost suppository group and control group. Two groups were genetal treatment,conntrol group was injected 10u oxytocin after baby delivery,and methyl carprost suppository group was given 1mg methyl carprost suppository by sublingual administration after cesarean section. The volume of bleeding within 2 and 24 hours after delivery for the two groups was measured.Results ①There was nosignificant deviation between two groups in age，pregnancyweeks，parity，treat—mentsand neonatalbody weight (P＞0.05). ②The volume of bleeding within 24 hours and 2hours after delivery in methyl carprost suppository group was reduced. The differens between two groups was significant（Plt;0.05）.③There was nosignificant deviationinsys to licpressureand diastolicpressure between before and afteroralearbopmst；Conclusion Methyl carprost suppository is convenient、safe、effective and less expensive in preventing and reducing the postpartum bleeding. 【Key words】Postpartumhemo～hage Carboprost Oxytoci 产后出血是临床常见的产科并发症之一，在孕产妇死亡原因中，产后出血居首位［1］。而宫缩乏力是产后出血的主要原因。其中绝大多数是由于各种原因所致的子宫收缩乏力而引起的，所以增强子宫收缩是减少产后出血的关键。剖宫产由于高危因素的存在其产后出血发生率明显高于阴道分娩。我院采用舌下含化卡孕栓配伍催产素预防剖宫产后出血，取得较好效果，现报告如下。 1 资料与方法
