精品论文 参考文献 一种多功能麻醉架的研制及临床应用 薛慕 梁慧萍 唐小林 邓艳玲 　　(湖南省永州市中心医院麻醉科 湖南 永州 425001) 　　【摘要】 目的：研制一种新型、实用、安全的多功能麻醉架。方法：该麻醉架设有立杆和与之垂直相连的主横杆。在立杆上从下至上设有限位器、压力传感器固定装置和呼吸管道固定装置。在主横杆水平两侧设有活动横杆两根，通过套管与主横杆相连，活动横杆可沿主横杆左右移动。结果：经过临床实践，该麻醉架使用安全、方便、无菌观念更强。呼吸管道被固定，不会使气管导管打折、滑落或脱出，使麻醉更安全。压力传感器被固定在麻醉架和手术台连为一体，离病人零点水平位置更近，使调零和测压更准确，且不受术中手术台位置改变的影响。结论：该多功能麻醉架能安全、实用地应用在临床麻醉工作中。 　　【关键词】 多功能；麻醉架；安全；实用 　　【中图分类号】R608 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】2095-1752（2015）15-0014-02 　　Clinical application and develop of a kind of multi-functional anesthesia rack 　　Xue Mu, Liang Huiping, Tang Xiaolin, Deng Yanling. Methods The anesthesia rack erection vertical rod and vertical connected with the main rod. On the vertical rod, from the bottom to the top , erection on limiter, pressure sensor fixed device, breathing pipe fixing device. On both sides of the main rod, erection 2 activities level bar, through casing are connected to the main rod. Activity bar can move along the rail around.Results Through clinical practice, the anesthesia rack is safe, is convenient, and sterile concept is stronger. Breathing tube are fixed, wont make the endotracheal tube discounts, slide or out, anesthetize is moer safely.
