精品论文 参考文献 妊娠期生殖道感染对初产妇的妊娠结局的影响分析 四川省安岳县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心 642350 【摘 要】目的：探讨妊娠期生殖道感染对初产妇的妊娠结局的影响。方法：将2013年4月至2016年1月于我院就诊的150例初产妇纳入研究，依据产检是否存在生殖道感染进行分组。其中存在生殖道感染的64例产妇为观察组，不存在生殖道感染的86例产妇为对照组，统计观察组产妇感染的具体分型，比较两组产妇的妊娠结局情况差异。结果：观察组中检出率排名靠前的分别是外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病、支原体及衣原体感染、细菌性阴道病，其中外阴阴道假丝酵母菌病最为多见。观察组产妇中低体重新生儿、胎膜早破、死胎和早产、新生儿窒息、新生儿感染等并发症的发生率均高于对照组，差异显著，Plt;0.05。结论：妊娠期生殖道感染不利于初产妇的妊娠结局，应据此加强初产妇的卫生指导以保障母婴健康。 【关键词】妊娠期生殖道感染；初产妇妊娠结局；影响 [Abstract] Objective：To investigate the effect of reproductive tract infection on pregnancy outcome in the early pregnancy. Methods：150 cases of early pregnant women in our hospital from April 2013 to January 2016 were included in the study，according to whether there was a group of reproductive tract infections. There are 64 cases of maternal reproductive tract infection as the observation group，there is no 86 cases of maternal reproductive tract infection as the control group，statistical observation group maternal infection specific type and compared between the two groups of maternal pregnancy outcome differences. Results：in the observation group，the detection rate was ranked by the former is the vulva vaginal Candida，mycoplasma and Chlamydia infection，bacterial vaginal disease，which is the most common vaginal candida. Observation group maternal low birth weight of newborn and fetal membrane early broken，stillbirth and premature delivery，neonatal asphyxia，neonatal infection and complication incidence were higher than those in the control group，significant difference （P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion：the reproductive tract infection in pregnancy is not conducive to the pregnancy outcome of early pregnancy，so the health guidance should be strengthened to protect the health of the mother and infant.
