血必净注射液致药物不良反应14例文献分析( 孔飞飞1，沈 洁2，谭兴起1，郭良君1 （中国人民解放军第九八医院 1 药械科 2 骨六科，湖州 313000） [摘要] 目的： 分析血必净注射液不良反应发生的规律及特点，为临床合理用药提供参考。方法：检索1994-2011年中国医药期刊全文数据库和中华医学会全文数据库内有关血必净注射液不良反应的文献进行统计分析。结果：血必净注射液所致不良反应多在用药30 min内发生，多为速发型变态反应，临床主要表现为胸闷、憋气、心慌、心悸、呼吸困难、呼吸急促、血压降低，严重者可致过敏性休克。结论：临床医师、药师应了解血必净注射液所致不良反应的规律和特点，加强其应用的监测，以减少不良反应的发生。 [关键词] 血必净注射液；药物不良反应；变态反应 [中图分类号] [文献标志码] A [文章编号] 1003-3734 Literature analysis of adverse drug reactions induced by Xue Bijing Injection KONG Fei-fei1, SHEN Jie2, TAN Xing-qi1, GUO Liang-jun1 (1 Department of Pharmacy; 2 Department of Orthopaedics 6，The 98th Hospital of PLA, HuZhou 313000, China) [Abstract] Objective: To study the general and characteristics of the adverse drug reactions (ADRs) associated with Xue Bijing Injection. Methods: ADRs of Xue Bijing Injection published in China Journal FuIl Data (CJFD) and Chinese Medical Association FuIl Data (CMAFD) from 1994 to 2011 were collected and analyzed statistically. Results: ADRs of Xue Bijing Injection had attacked within 30 minutes since injection. The majority of the ADRs were immediate allergy, Clinical manifestations were various, mainly chest distress, breath holding, cardiopalmus, anhelation and blood pressure degrading. Severe allergic reaction could result in anaphylactic shock. Conclusion: Clinicians and pharmacists should familiarize the pauem and characteristics of ADRs induced by Xue Bijing Injection and tighten monitoring on the use of Xue Bijing Injections to reduce the incidences of ADRs． [Key words] Xue Bijing Injection; adverse drug reactions (ADR); allergy 血必净注射液是复方中药制剂，主要成分有红花、赤芍、川芎、丹参、当归。功能为化瘀解毒，主要用于湿热类疾病，症见发热、喘促、心悸、烦躁等瘀毒互结症，适用于因感染诱发的全身炎症反应综合征，也可配合治疗多器官功能失常综合征的脏器功能受损期。目前国内学者研究较多的是对血必净注射液的药理作用、药动学和临床疗效观察研究。伴随着临床研究的不断深入，其应用范围也有所拓宽[1]。血必净注射液的药物不良反应（ADRs）少见，说明书提示仅个别患者出现皮肤瘙痒。近年来国内陆续有血必净注射液导致ADRs的个案报道，但尚无系统性的研究报道。笔者对国内近年来关于血必净注射液所致ADRs的报道进行整理和分析，以期为临床合理用药提供参考。 资料和方法 以血必净为关键词，检索中国医药期刊全文数据库和中华医学会全文数据库内1994 - 2011年的资料，收集到血必净注射液的相关文献570篇。其中ADRs资料12篇，包括：《中国中西医结合儿科
