摘 要 随着科技的不断发展，各种应用系统进入到各行各业。学生公寓管理系统是一个为了方便公寓管理人员能够全面、准确、有效地管理学生公寓信息而开发研制的系统应用软件。使用计算机对公寓信息进行管理，具有手工管理所无法比拟的优点，例如：检索快速、查找方便、可靠性高、储存量大、保密性好、寿命高等。学生公寓管理系统可以极大地提高学生公寓管理的效率，也是学校科学化、正规化管理中重要的一部分。 本系统是在Windows环境下，以Eclipse为开发平台，采用Struts框架技术，以Tomcat v6.0 Server为服务器，Oracle关系型数据库为后台进行开发的应用软件。系统结合了当今各学校的公寓管理方式，采用自顶向下、模块化设计思想进行系统结构设计，依据关系型数据库理论设计数据库的结构。本系统严格按照软件工程的步骤进行开发，经历了需求分析，概要设计，详细设计，编码，测试阶段。本系统的主要功能有：用户权限管理、学生信息管理、住宿信息管理、学生住宿管理以及物资管理。 关键词： Eclipse，Struts框架，Oracle,Tomcat Abstract With the constantly development of science and technology, various application system come into our business. The students dormitory management system is an application system designed for apartment manager fully and accurately managing dormitory information. Using computers to manage dormitory information has many advantages, which manual management can not be compared with. For example: the rapid search, high reliability, large storage, good privacy and long life. This kind of system can greatly improve the efficiency of the management of students dormitories, and it’s also an important term of scientific and standardized management of school. This system is an application software that developed with Eclipse as development platform under Windows, using Struts framework, Tomcat v6.0 as server and Oracle relates to a database for the backstage. Combining with modern school dormitory management, this system is adopted top-down and the module designing thought to carry on the system structure design and its database was designed according to the structure of database relation theories. Experienced the requirements analysis, preliminary design, detailed design, code and testing stage, this system has been developed according the criterion of software engineering strictly. The main function of this system include: user authority management, students information management, accommodation information management, students accommodation management and materials management.
