摘要 本文通过对国内外离心过滤技术研究现状的分析和亲身的现场时间工作经验总结，指出了离心脱水技术的重要性，和未来在该领域内需要开展的理论研究方向。文中描述了离心力场的基本特征，提出了提高分离因数的基本途径；结合立式螺旋卸料离心机的脱水机理，分析了颗粒在筛面上的运动情况，运用数学方法和理论力学知识建立了物料在筛篮运动上的动力学模型。对XLL—1100型离心机的结构、零部件和工作原理进行了细致的分析研究，并针对现场使用过程中出现的问题进行了原因分析。XLL—1100型离心脱水及存在处理能力低、入料粒度范围小等问题，主要原因是由于刮刀与筛篮设计不合理、过煤面积小造成的。本论文在对筛筛篮和螺旋刮刀进行研究的基础上，对筛篮和螺旋刮刀进行改进设计，并对分配盘角度进行了改进。把螺旋刮刀的升角减小到20°，分配盘角度由原来的90°改为150°，并在其上增加加大导流叶片更利于煤的疏导，提高了处理效率。 关键词：离心机；螺旋刮刀；分离因数。 ABSTRACT This article through summarized to the domestic and foreign Centrifugal Filter engineering research present situation analysis and the oneself scene time work experience, had pointed out the centrifugaldehydration technology importance, with the future the fundamentalresearch direction which will need to develop in this gentrifugalism domain.Asked described the centrifugal force field basic characteristic,proposed the enhancement separation factor essential way; Unifies the vertical spiral Discharge centrifuge the dehydratedmechanism, has analyzed the pellet in screening surface movementsituation, established the material using mathematics method and the theoretical mechanics knowledge in to sieve in the basket movementdynamics model.
