In order to rebu ild traditional equipm ent to re- spond rapid and flexiblem anufacturing, a flexible m ou ld system and its com ponents for m etal sheet punch ing and shearing w as pro- posed. Technique of NC programm ed in graph ics processing system w as particular explained. Based on analyzing the structure of DXF files, the data inform ation requested forNC m ach ining was gotten. Accord ing to punch ing techn ics cond itions in thew orkshop, the data w as classified and ordered again, and NC codesw ere autom atically created. A plane dynam icm odel was given to smi u late m ach ining process and verify theNC code, w hich mi proves m ach in ing efficiency and quality.
