毕业设计（论文）题 目: 山西汾西重工有限责任公司的能源管理研究学 院 继续教育学院专业(层次) 能源管理年 级 班 级 学生姓名 吴霞学 号 414015170831指导教师 沈奕摘要近年来，中国的能源经济取得了举世瞩目的成就，但是这些成就基本上都是依靠能源大量消耗的粗放型发展模式得来的，这就使得原本就不平衡的能源体系面临着更大的压力，进而制约了经济的快速发展。解决这个问题最有效的方法就是提高能源的利用效率，平衡能源体系。能源的利用效率反映既定要素组合下能够减少的要素需求量。它直接影响产品竞争力和国家竞争力，是国民经济持续发展的重要指标。如何科学有效地利用有限的能源资源，提高能源的利用效率，己成为世界各国广泛和重点研究的课题。文章在全面梳理我国制造业能源管理工作现状的基础上，重点分析了存在的主要问题和困难，并对进一步加强能源管理工作提出了措施建议随着时代的不断进步与发展，能源已经越来越成为需要迫切解决的问题了，在开发新能源的同时，对现有能源管理非常重要。能源是人类社会存在和发展的基本物质保障，它的开发与使用程度关系到一个时期、一个国家的经济和科技发展水平，直接影响到国民经济的可持续发展水平，与人民生活质量的提高息息相关。为此,本文结合国内外能源管理的先进经验,研究在汾西重工管理工作中引入新的管理方法，并推广实施。一是建立企业能效对标体系,开展能效对标工作,使公司各企业掌握能耗指标先进值、能耗管理先进经验,确定差距所在；二是建立能耗目标值确认模型,科学确定在实际运行情况下机组的能耗目标值,使基层企业明确努力目标,为考核体系提供合理依据；三是优化企业能耗管理流程,采取确认、兑现方法,使各企业建立更加合理的能源管理流程,变结果控制为过程控制；四是实施能源管理评价,通过内部专业人员、外部专家的多方面评价,使各企业及时发现设备、指标、管理方面存在的不足,为企业做好能源管理打下基础。关键词：制造业；能源管理；问题；对策Abstract In recent years, China energy economy has made remarkable achievements, but these achievements are basically rely on the extensive mode of development of the great energy consumption to come, which makes the already unbalanced energy system faces greater pressure, thereby restricting the rapid development of economy.
