摘要 随着社会的进步和经济的发展，导致收益差距的不断扩大和分配不公等问题出现，这些严重影响了我国的社会和经济的稳定发展，引起了全体社会人民的广泛关注。国家也提出了一些调整的政策，强调在经济发展的基础上，更加注重社会公平，着力提高低收益者收益水平，逐步扩大中等收益者比重，有效调节过高收益，坚决取缔非法收益，促进共同富裕。企业作为社会的一个重要组成部分，是整个社会经济发展的重要推动力，所以企业收益分配的问题注定引起人们更多地关注。本文针对企业收益分配问题，从企业分配的现状、意义入手，结合企业分配当前的实际情况，分析了当前企业分配中存在的问题，以及造成这些问题的原因，并根据问题设计了相应的解决措施，希望通过对这一系列问题的研究，加深我们对企业收益分配问题的认识，不断促进企业收益分配的完善和发展。 关键词：企业收益 分配问题 分配制度 收益差距 Abstract Along with the social progress and economic development, leading to problems such as the enlargement of income gap and unfair distribution, the serious influence the stability of Chinas social and economic development, thus caused wide attention of the entire society people. Countries also proposes some adjustment policy, emphasized on the basis of economic development, pay more attention to social justice, strive to improve the level of low benefit in revenue, gradually expand the proportion of secondary beneficiaries, effectively regulate high income, firmly ban illegal income, promote the common prosperity. Enterprises as an important part of society, is an important driving force of the whole social and economic development, so enterprise income distribution problem is destined to cause people to pay more attention to. Enterprise income distribution problems, the author of this paper, from the enterprise present situation, the significance of distribution, combined with the distribution of the current enterprise actual situation, analyzes the problems existing in the current enterprise distribution, as well as the causes of these problems, and design the corresponding solving measures according to the problem, hope that through a series of problems about this research, deepen our understanding of enterprise income distribution problems, and constantly promote the perfection and development of the enterprise income distribution.
