水 资 源 与 水 工 程 学 报 Jou rna l of W a te r R e sou rce s W a te r Enginee ring 第 2 2卷 第 2期 2 0 1 1年 4月 Vo l. 22 No. 2 Ap r. , 2 0 1 1 文山州水资源承载能力综合评价分析 杨志刚 1 , 崔东文 2 ( 1. 文山州水利电力勘察设计院 , 云南 文山 663000; 2. 文山州水务局 , 云南 文山 663000) 摘 要 : 运用 SPSS统计软件和主成分分析方法 ,构建区域水资源承载能力综合评价指标体系 、评价标准和评价模 型 ,并对各评价区域水资源承载能力进行计算分析 。结果表明 : ①富宁县 、马关县和麻栗坡县水资源承载能力相对 较大 ,文山县 、砚山县和西畴县较小 ; ②各评价区域在不同水平年不同保证率情景下水资源承载能力均未达到 Ⅰ级 标准 ,各评价区域水资源承载能力整体上呈 Ⅱ级标准 ,表明区域水资源开发利用已具有相当规模 ,但仍有一定的开 发利用潜力 ,水资源的供给需求在一定程度上能满足区域的经济社会发展。 关键词 : 水资源承载能力 ; 主成分分析 ; 文山州 中图分类号 : TV213. 9 文献标识码 : A 文章编号 : 1672 2643X ( 2011 ) 0220149 204 C om prehen s ive a sse ssm en t of wa ter re source s ca rry in g ca pa c ity in W en shan Y A NG Z igan g1 , C U I D on gwen2 ( 1.
