DCS800产品技术特性简介 DCS800 Main message: ABB has external field exciter solutions for a wide variety of applications DCF800 can be used as: External field exciter for all module sizes (D1-D7) Field exciter in DCS800-R0x systems (revamps) DCF803/804 can only be used as external field exciter DCS800-S0x can only be used as external field exciter and is usually installed in a separate cabinet Wide range of current available (from 0.3 A to 520 A) Communication between the armature converter and field exciter via DCSLink (SDCS-DSL-4). This reduces the number of connections needed. It is possible to connect two field exciters with one armature converter (both will have field weakening capability) for e.g. shared motion applications (e.g. cranes). Field exciter definitions: The OnBoard field exciter is integrated on one of the printed circuit boards (SDCS-PIN-4) and fired by means of the SDCS-CON-4 board (only for module sizes D1-D4 up to 525 VAC) The internal field exciter is build-in into the module (FEX-425-Int). The feed is either directly from the armature mains voltage or via separate supply (only for module size D5). The external field exciter is outside the converter module (DCF803-0035, DCF803-0050/60, DCF804-0050/60 or DCS800-S0x). This is possible for all DCS800 drives.
