精品论文 参考文献 工作过程导向在妇产科护理技能实训项目中的实施与应用 孙英 冯敬华 李柳丽 广西科技大学医学院 广西柳州 545000 【摘 要】目的 探讨工作过程导向在妇产科护理技能实训项目中的应用价值。方法 选取我校高职高专护理专业学生400名为研究对象，根据在妇产科护理技能实训中采取教学方法的不同分为观察组与对照组，每组200名。观察组采取基于工作过程为导向的教学方法，对照组采取传统的教学方法，比较两组理论知识掌握程度与护理操作技能。结果 观察组理论知识掌握程度明显优于对照组，p＜0.05；观察组护理操作技能明显优于对照组，p＜0.05。结论 将工作过程导向应用于妇产科护理技能实训项目中，不但可提高护生对理论知识的掌握程度，还可提高护生的护理操作技能，值得各医学院校推广并应用。 【关键词】妇产科；护理技能；工作过程导向；应用价值 Implementation and application of the work process oriented nursing skills training program in obstetrics and Gynecology Sun Ying Feng Jinghua Li Liuli （Medical College of Guangxi University of science and technology，Liuzhou，Guangxi 545006） [Abstract] Objective To explore the application value of working process oriented nursing skills training program in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods 400 nursing students in our university were selected as the research subjects.According to the different teaching methods，the teaching methods were divided into the observation group and the control group，200 in each group.The observation group adopted the teaching method based on the working process oriented，the control group took the traditional teaching methods，and compared the two groups of theoretical knowledge and nursing skills.Results the theoretical knowledge of the observation group was significantly better than the control group，P lt; 0.05；observation group nursing operation skills were significantly better than the control group，P lt; 0.05.Conclusion will work process oriented application in obstetrics and gynecology nursing skills training project，not only can improve the nursing students of theoretical knowledge，master degree，and also can improve nursing students nursing skills，it is worth of promotion and application in the medical colleges and schools.
