At the same time, it is common for a lot of Chinese to go abroad for working, further education, travailing and so on. No matter which reasons result in people going abroad, Chinese people have to contact with local inhabitants which have the different cultural background with themselves. Chinese have to study with a few of foreigners, work with plenty of foreigners and communicate with a number of foreigners. During the process of communication, people always meet with some communication barriers that people could not comprehend each other.For example, it is common for foreigners to misunderstand Chinese, for Chinese often do not tell the truth at first and they usually express their real meanings in a roundabout way. It is cultural diversity that leads to these misunderstanding and we should treat cultural diversity in an equal attitude.It is commonly believed by Chinese that Westerners taking yes and no by their face meanings are more straightforward than Chinese.Some people support that Chinese people are hypocritical and westerners are sincere. It is too tired for men to work or communicate with Chinese because you have to guess their real meanings at any moment. However, others hold the view that westerners are rude and they do not know how to connect with others in a roundabout way. In fact, Chinese people and westerners do not do anything wrong because they all follow their own culture and social values. So the reason why they handle the same thing in different ways is the existence of cultural?diversity. “Culture is central to the way we view, experience, and engage with all aspects of our lives and the world around us. Thus, even our definitions of culture are shaped by the historical, political, social, and cultural contexts in which we live.” (K. Sorrells, P1) There is no rule to
