毕业论文 题 目： 酒店客房管理系统 学生姓名： 冯惠 学 号： 20110371049 专业班级： 计算机科学与技术11-21 指导教师： 潘丽丽 摘 要 酒店客房管理系统是为了实现酒店客房自动化管理而设计的，它完全取代了原来酒店客房管理一直使用的人工处理的工作方式，并且避免了由于管理人员的工作疏忽以及管理质量问题所造成的各种错误，为及时、准确、高效的完成酒店客房管理工作提供了强有力的工具和管理手段。针对传统的酒店客房管理带来的诸多不便，本文主要介绍了酒店客房管理信息系统的开发过程。论文详尽地论述了从需求分析,系统分析,概要设计,详细设计,到测试与调试的整个开发过程，总结了开发过程中的经验及本系统今后的改进方向。酒店客房管理系统研究的内容涉及系统登录、客房管理、客人管理、员工信息管理、营业额管理。酒店客房管理系统采用计算机对客房及客人信息进行管理，可以进一步提高酒店的经济效益和现代化水平，帮助酒店工作人员提高工作效率，实现客房信息管理工作流程的系统化、规范化和自动化。在开发酒店客房管理系统中，采用tomcat以及jdk搭建管理系统平台，并采用了Access数据库管理系统及jsp,java开发技术，实现流程规范化，数据灵活化来配置酒店客房管理系统。通过系统的开发掌握软件的基本的开发流程，了解了系统的业务。从而掌握软件开发整体过程，把知识运用实际生产中。 关键词：酒店客房管理系统 Java Jsp Access ABSTRACT Hotel Restaurant Management System is to achieve automated management of the ho- tel restaurant design, it completely replaced the original hotel restaurant management has b- een using the manual processing of the work, and to prevent any management staff over- sight and management of quality problems caused by the error, for the timely, accurate and efficient completion of the hotel restaurant provides a powerful management tools and management tools.
