汇通财富广场施工组织方案毕业方案论文.docx

摘 要本施工组织设计针对安徽蒙城汇通财富广场1#、2#、3#楼进行编制，对所采用的组织形式与技术质量保证措施进行整体安排，对项目施工过程中的重难点进行分析并予以解决。首先对工程的工程概况及相关图纸予以分析，查找相关规范和技术资料。计算定额量及确定工程施工过程中的重难点，确定各项施工目标及项目组织形式。同时，对项目在施工过程中可能遇到的风险进行分析，对风险可能产生的施工质量和安全问题制定预防措施。本次施工组织设计包括编制依据、工程概况、施工总体部署、施工方案、进度资源计划、施工平面布置图和相关的质量、安全、文明施工措施。在施工方案中包括测量方案、土石方工程、CFG桩工程、钢筋工程、模板工程、混凝土工程、砌筑工程、冬雨季施工工程、运输工程九个施工方案和脚手架工程、防水工程两个专项施工方案。关键词：质量；安全；施工方案；风险；技术HuiTong Fortune Plaza 1#，2#，3#Building Construction Organization DesignABSTRACTThe construction organization design for Anhui Mengcheng Huitong Fortune Plaza 1#, 2#, 3# floor compiled on the organizational form and technical quality assurance measures for the whole arrangement, of project construction process, heavy and difficult for analysis and to be solved.First, the engineering survey and related drawings to be analyzed, to find the relevant specifications and technical information.
