In order to increase the efficiency of knowledge communication in business processes, it is necessary to thoroughly analyze the knowledge communication modes and make the knowledge communication structure transparent. So from the organizational relationships between knowledge workers who take part in knowledge communication in business processes, four knowledge communication modes in business processes are induced. Then the knowledge communication structures in business processes are represented. Furthermore, the factors that influence the knowledge communication in business processes are identified and contrasted in regard to each knowledge communication mode. On this basis the knowledge communication in business process is modeled.
