摘 要 透明膜包装机又被称为三维包装机，是新一代透明膜替代纸盒的机电一体化产品，广泛应用于医药、食品、化妆品及其它的盒外透明膜三维贴体包装。该类机械最先是由国外引进,经国内企业不断改进使之再符合国内市场。本次设计主要是对透明膜包装机包括机架部件、传动部件、走膜部件、进盒部件、推盒部件、送纸部件和热烫部件等机械结构进行设计。在整个设计过程中，从前期单个零件的设计到后期的部件装配，再到后期的整体装配和运动仿真，我们深入解析了透明膜包装机的总体结构和设计过程。本文将详细说明透明膜包装机送纸部件和热烫部件这两大部件的结构和设计装配方法，并且会说明为提高机械的加工适应性，有针对的改进了的机械结构。设计最终除了会绘制相关图纸，而且会利用PRO-E软件进行零件三维实体造型设计，并使用PRO-E的运动仿真功能，检测机械结构运动的可行性。 关键词：透明膜包装机；送纸部件；热烫部件；PRO-E实体造型；运动仿真 ABSTRACT Transparent film packaging machine is also known as three-dimensional packing machine, is a new generation of transparent membrane replacement cartons of electromechanical integration products, widely used in medicine, food, cosmetics and other outside the box of transparent membrane three dimensional packaging. This kind of machine was first imported from abroad, the domestic enterprise continuous improvement to meet the domestic market. This design is mainly to transparent film packaging machine including frame parts, transmission parts, go film parts, into the box parts, push the box parts, paper parts and hot parts such as mechanical structure design. In the whole design process, from the early stage of the design of individual parts to parts assembly, in the late to the whole assembly and motion simulation, we get the overall structure and design process of transparent film packing machine. This article will elaborate on transparent film packaging machine paper parts and heat assembly components are the two parts of the structure and design method, and suggests to improve the mechanical processing adaptability, aimed at the improvement of the mechanical structure design will eventually draw in addition to the relevant drawings, and will use PRO - E software to make 3D solid modeling design, parts and use PRO - E motion simulation function, test the feasibility of the mechanical structural movement.
