[Method/process] Based on the brief introduction of the concepts of college teachers scientific research information environment, university teachers scientific research information environment indices system is constructed from the aspects of information input environment and information output environment. Using the AMOS evaluation model of customer satisfaction in 6 universities in Jiangxi Province as a case, the paper studies the scientific research information environment of university teachers. [Result/conclusion] Results show that the basic information and research behaviors of university teachers have relevance with the research information environment, the information environment of teachers research has significant influence on customers perception indexes, and the research information environment has the bad phenomena, such as universality, hysteresis, inefficiency and shortage.
