精品论文 参考文献 彩色多普勒超声在诊断胎儿心脏位置异常中的应用观察 （邯郸市中心医院 河北 邯郸 056000） 【摘要】目的 探讨分析彩色多普勒超声在诊断胎儿心脏位置异常中的应用价值。方法 回顾11例在我院经产前超声检查诊断为胎儿心脏位置异常的超声声像图，分析其心脏位置异常的类型，同时观察合并其它畸形的情况。结果 11例中，右旋心1例，镜面右位心1例，外因性右移心4例，左旋心1例，胸腔外心脏1例，心脏位置异常的胎儿多合并心内及其它系统异常。结论 彩色多普勒超声可增加畸形的检出率，减少漏诊。 【关键词】彩色多普勒超声；产前筛查 【中图分类号】R445【文献标识码】A 【Abstract】：Objective To investigate the analysis of color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities in the heart.
