　第 24 卷第 3 期 统计研究 Vol . 24 , No3 2007 年 3 月 Statistical Research Mar . 2007 　 中国与印度服务业发展比较 魏作磊 　　内容提要 :本文对中国和印度的服务业发展进行了全面比较分析 ,结果表明:从总体上看 , 印度服务业的发展 水平并不比中国高 ,只是印度服务业的发展速度相对本国工业较快 ,而中国服务业相对本国工业发展较慢 。但同 中国相比 ,印度的计算机和信息服务业的国际竞争优势明显 , 印度服务业的对外开放程度也更高 。印度服务业的 可持续发展需要提高本国的工业化水平 ,而提升中国工业化水平则需要进一步扩大服务业的对外开放 。 关键词 : 中国; 印度 ;服务业 ( ) 中图分类号 :C812 　　　文献标识码 :A 　　　文章编号 :1002 - 4565 2007 03 - 0092 - 05 A Comparative Analysis of Development of Service Industry bet ween China and India Wei Zuolei Abstract :This paper makes a comprehensive comparison of development of service industry between China and India . The study shows that the development level of service industry as a whole in India is not higher than that in China . Nevertheless , the growth rate of service industry is relatively fast by comparing with that of secondary industry in India while the growth rate of secondary industry is fast by comparing with that of service industry in China . Besides , the international competitivity of computer and information service industry in India is stronger than that of China and the openness of those industries in India is also higher . India should raise the level of industrialization in order to achieve sustainable development of her service industry while China should open the service industry wider to the outside in order to raise the level of her industrialization .
