基於情境感知和ZigBee的互動資訊導覽系統 the Interactive Guide System Based on Context-Aware and ZigBee Technology 陳榮昌顏嘉玲 朝陽科技大學資訊管理系朝陽科技大學資訊管理系rcchen@.tw hychien@.tw 陳石坤林清揚漢翔科技盛大資訊股份有限公司skchen@.tw chingyang0807@ 摘要 隨著科技的進步，展覽場的導覽系統已從過去導遊、磁帶機或CD播放器來講解的時代轉換成行動導覽的時代，然而現在的行動導覽設備皆需手動感應展覽品或是將號碼輸入導覽裝置中才能聆聽說明，為了讓行動導覽更貼近訪客的需求，本研究提出了將情境感知和ZigBee融入到導覽系統中的一個架構，以標準ZigBee網路架構及協定結合無線區域網路連結展覽場地內的所有展覽品，訪客只需要手持導覽裝置於展覽場中移動便可得知附近展覽品的資訊，更可以透過手機或手持裝置和系統互動。透過收集訪客相關的情境資訊以及情境的推理，系統可以幫助訪客篩選出訪客感興趣的展覽品，讓訪客可以即時獲取其感興趣的展覽品的資訊。另外，活動單位也可讓互動功能和展覽場的主題活動做結合，進而達到使用方便及貼心的個人化服務。 關鍵字：情境感知、情境資訊、情境推理、ZigBee、導覽系統 Abstract With the advances in technology, the exhibition field guide system from the tour guide, tape drives or CD player to illustrate the era of conversion into the era of mobile guide. However, current mobile guide devices who must manually sensing exhibits or number input guide device in can listen to illustrate, closer to visitors needs in order to make the mobile guide, this paper presents a context-aware and ZigBee into the guide system architecture, by standard ZigBee network architecture and protocol combined with all exhibits within the exhibition field of WLAN link, visitors only need to handheld guide device moving can know the a nearby exhibit information, more can interactive through mobile phones or handheld devices and systems in the exhibition field. Related contexts by collecting visitor information and context reasoning, the system can help visitors screened visitors interested in the exhibits, make visitors have instant access to the information of its exhibits of interest. In addition, the activity units also allows the interactive features and the theme of the exhibition field activities do combine, thus achieving easy to use and attentive personal service. 前言 「導覽」的目的在於搭起展覽品與參觀者之間的橋樑，讓參觀者透過導覽的方式獲取展覽品相關資訊，以達到即時學習之功效。一個有效的導覽系統是能傳達資訊的媒介，它必須讓參觀者能夠方便且快速的獲取資訊，以達到最佳的導覽效果[1]。以往在參觀展覽的時候，皆會有導遊為我們導覽，但是如此一來，所有人就必須以團體移動，即使對某項覽品沒有興趣也必須等待導遊解說完畢；等介紹到自己感興趣的展覽品時，也可能因為距離的關係聽不到解說員的說
