精品论文 参考文献 急性阑尾炎的术后护理效果体会 黑龙江省嫩江县人民医院 161499 摘要：目的：分析急性阑尾炎的术后护理效果。方法：随机抽取2012年4月～2013年11月诊治的80例急性阑尾炎患者，分为研究组和对比组，对比组使用日常方法进行护理，而研究组则在对比组的基础上进行针对性护理，分析两组患者的护理效果。结果：研究组出现感染和发生并发症的例数情况明显少于对比组，两者间的差异具备统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。同时研究组患者痊愈的例数情况明显高于对比组，两者间的差异具备统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。研究组患者的满意度明显优于对照组，两者间的差异具备统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：急性阑尾炎患者在手术之后，进行日常护理、心理护理和预防感染等护理措施，可以有效减少并发症的发生，同时也可以使患者处在愉悦的心理状况，可以有效地提高护理满意度，其护理效果好，安全性高，值得在临床治疗上推广使用。 关键字：急性阑尾炎；护理措施 [Abstract] Objective：to analyze the nursing effect of acute appendicitis after operation. Methods：randomly selected from April 2012 to November 2013 in the diagnosis and treatment of 80 cases of acute appendicitis were divided into study group and contrast group，contrast group use routine nursing method，while the study group on the basis of the comparison group on nursing，analyzed the nursing effect of two groups.
