精品论文 参考文献 惰性淋巴瘤的免疫治疗探讨 牡丹江市肿瘤医院 黑龙江牡丹江 157009 【摘 要】目的：通常认为惰性淋巴瘤采用传统的化疗方法难以治愈，强的联合化疗可以提高完全缓解率，但对于改善长期生存并无益处。因此本研究着眼于免疫治疗，为惰性淋巴瘤患者的治疗提供借鉴和指导。方法：从我院 2014 年 7 月至 2016 年 7 月收治的惰性淋巴瘤患者中随机性抽取 80 例作为研究对象，并将其分为实验组和对照组，每组各 40 例。给予对照组患者常规治疗，实验组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加以免疫治疗，两组患者年龄等一般资料无统计学意义，有可比性。从而比较两组患者治疗效果。结果：实验组患者治疗结束后，临床疗效优于对照组。患者满意度：对 80 例患者均进行满意度调查发现，对照组患者总体满意率为 66%，综合治愈率为50%，实验组总体满意率为 90%，综合治愈率为76%。两组患者满意度对比显著，实验组优于对照组（Plt;0.01）。结论：对惰性淋巴瘤患者进行诊疗的过程中采用免疫治疗能得到更高的患者满意度并且治疗效果也更好。 【关键词】惰性淋巴瘤；免疫治疗；非化疗 Immune therapy of inert lymphoma Abstract：Objective：it is generally considered that the conventional chemotherapy is difficult to cure，and the combination chemotherapy can improve the complete remission rate，but there is no benefit to improve long-term survival.Therefore，this study focuses on immunotherapy，which provides reference and guidance for the treatment of patients with lymphoma.Methods：from July 2014 to July 2016，80 cases of patients with lymphoma were randomly selected as the research object，and divided into experimental group and control group，40 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were given conventional treatment，the experimental group was treated on the basis of the control group treatment，the two groups of patients with age and other general information was not statistically significant.So as to compare the therapeutic effect of the two groups of patients.Results：the experimental group after the end of treatment，the clinical efficacy is better than the control group.Patient satisfaction：80 cases were satisfaction survey found that the control group patients overall satisfaction rate was 66%，the overall cure rate was 50%，the overall satisfaction rate of the experimental group was 90%，the overall cure rate was 76%.The satisfaction of the two groups was significant，and the experimental group was better than the control group（Plt;0.01）.Conclusion：in the process of diagnosis and treatment of patients with inert lymphoma，immune therapy can be used to get a higher
