精品论文 参考文献 慢性胃溃疡患者的针对性护理分析 姚静 四川省绵阳市三台县中医院 四川绵阳 621100 　　【摘 要】目的：分析慢性胃溃疡患者的针对性护理临床效果。方法：选取2013年1月至2015年1月期间我院接诊的66例慢性胃溃疡患者临床资料,将其随机分为干预组和对照组，每组33例患者。两组患者在治疗方法相同的基础上，对照组给予常规护理，干预组给予针对性护理，观察两组患者治疗有效率、患者满意度以及复发率。结果：干预组与对照组相比，治疗总有效率、患者家属满意度明显高于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。同时干预组胃溃疡发放率明显低于对照组，两组差异具有统计学意义(P＜0.05)。结论：慢性胃溃疡患者针对性护理措施，可以提高患者治愈率，并且家属满意度较高，复发率较低，由此在临床中有积极的临床意义。 　　【关键词】慢性；胃溃疡；护理措施 　　【中图分类号】R47 【文献标识码】B 【文章编号】1674-8999（2015）6-0254-02 　　Targeted nursing analysis of patients with chronic gastric ulcer 　　Yao Jing 　　Sichuan Province Mianyang city Santai Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine 621100 　　【Abstract】objective: to analysis of chronic gastric ulcer patients and nursing clinical effect. Selection methods: between January 2013 and January 2015 during the hospital departments of clinical data of 66 cases of chronic gastric ulcer patients, randomly divided into intervention group and control group, each group of 33 cases of patients. Two groups of patients in the treatment of the same way, on the basis of the control group given routine nursing care, intervention group was given targeted nursing, the observation treatment effectiveness, two groups of patients satisfaction and the recurrence rate. Results: the intervention group compared with control group, the total effective rate for treatment, patient family member satisfaction is significantly higher than the control group, the differences between the two groups have statistical significance (P lt; 0.05). And gastric ulcer issuance rate intervention group was obviously lower than the control group, the differences between the two groups have statistical significance (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: targeted nursing measures of patients with chronic gastric ulcer, patients can improve the cure rate, and family satisfaction is higher, the recurrence rate is low, thus have positive clinical significance in the clinical. 　　【Key words】chronic; Gastric ulcer.
