提 要 目的：探讨中药理气活血方对不稳定型心绞痛的临床疗效及其作用机制。方法： 从山东中医药大学附属医院急诊科病房和门诊收集符合冠心病不稳定型心绞痛诊断 标准的患者，将这60例患者，按照随机分组的原则，分为2组。对照组30例，给予 常规西药治疗；治疗组30例，在常规西药治疗的基础上加服理气活血方，一日一剂， 早晚两次分服，4周后进行临床疗效评定。分别于治疗前后行心电图及血、尿、大便 常规，血流变，血脂以及肝、肾功能等实验室检查，对治疗前后患者的临床症状、体 征、心电图及血脂等进行综合分析，从而评判其疗效和安全性。结果：治疗4周后， 通过临床观察显示：治疗组在改善患者中医证候、提高患者生存质量等方面均优于对 照组（P＜0.01或P＜0.05）。结论：理气活血方联合常规西药治疗，对冠心病不稳定 型心绞痛气滞血瘀型有显著疗效。 关键词 理气活血方；不稳定性心绞痛；临床研究 The Clinical Study on Treating Unstable Angina Pectoris with Liqi Huoxue Decoction Speciality：cardioangiology of combination of TCM and west medicine Author ：Shang Peng Tutor：Prof. WuZuoli Abstract Objective: To investigate the clinical curative effect and mechanism of Liqi Huoxue Decoction on unstable angina pectoris.
