提 要 目的：观察理肺益气汤对肺动脉高压气虚血瘀证的症状改善及超声改变。通过患 者治疗前后的临床症状评分、肺动脉收缩压、心功能等指标的检测，探讨其临床应用 价值。方法：将 56 例临床诊断为肺动脉高压气虚血瘀证的患者随机分为两组，其中 12周为一个疗程，1个疗程后观察疗效。结果：经临床观察，治疗组在改善本病的症 状，降低临床症状积分方面优于对照组（P0.05）；在改善超声心动图、运动耐量、 心功能学方面明显优于对照组（P0.05）；并且在治疗过程中未发生不良反应。结论: 临床观察表明理肺益气汤治疗肺动脉高压气虚血瘀证，可明显改善患者的临床症状， 改善患者的超声心动图、运动耐量、心功能，并且无明显不良反应，是一种治疗肺动 脉高压气虚血瘀证的有效药物，值得进一步研究。 关键词 肺动脉高压；气虚血瘀证；理肺益气汤；临床研究 Clinical Study on Intervention and Treatment of Qi-deficiency- blood-stasis syndrome in Pulmonary Hypertension By Lifeiyiqitang Speciality: Internal Medicine of TCM Author: Feng Bing Tutor: Professor Cao Bin Abstract Objective: To investigate the symptom modifying and ultrasonic change of Qi-deficiency-blood-stasis syndrome in pulmonary hypertension by Lifeiyiqitang By detecting the indexes that the patients cured the front and back, such as clinical symptom scores, PASP and cardiac function, to explore its c1inical value. Results: Treatment group could improve the patients’ clinical symptoms and signs, and the effects were better than control group (p0.05).In the sides of improvement of echocardiography，exercise tolerance， cardiac function and so on，the effects of treatment group were better than control group (P0.05).
