提 要 目的 ：通过查阅关于合成环丙基 甲基酮的大量 的文献资料后，针对 目标物的 分子 结构 的特 点 ，结合部分文献 中的合成优 点 ，研 究新 的合成环 丙基 甲基酮 的方法 ； 通过在 实验 室 中对环 丙基 甲基酮合成工艺 的探索 ，寻求合成产物 的最佳反应 条件 ； 通 过探索该药物 中间体 的检验 以及质检 方法 ，成功应用 到工业 大 规模 生产 中。 方 法 ：利用专业数据库搜索 ，查找关于合成 目标产物 的所有文献 ；在研究新 的合成工艺 的同时 ，进行大量 的探索性 实验 ，包括反应 所需 的温度 ，氢氧化钠溶液 的浓度 ，两种反应 原料 的摩尔 比和合成反应 的最佳 时间等 ，利用数理统计学 的方法 进 行 了分析 ：应用我们 国家 自主研 发 的气相色谱仪-浙 大智达 的色谱仪进行 了最终产 物 的含量 分 析 ；并通 过重 复性试验 和稳 定性试验探 索 出应用于工业 生产 的路线和注 意 事 项 。 结果 ：反应的最优条件分别是温度在 94 °C 时，反应原料五氯二戊酮和氢氧化 钠 固体 的摩 尔 比为 1:1.5 ，反 应 时 间为 3 h ，参 与 反 应 的氢 氧 化 钠 溶 液 的浓 度 为 30% , 此 时得 到最 大 的摩 尔 收率 为 93% ，即投入 lm ol 的五氯二戊酮 ，最 多 能得 到 0.93m ol 的环 丙基 甲基 嗣 ；半成 品精 權精制 后 的含量 达 到 99.5% 以上 ，水 分含S 小 于 0 .5% 为产 物 合 格 。 结论 ：环丙基 甲基酮 的合成反应用五氯二戊酮和氢氧化钠作为起始反应原 料 ，原料 简单 易于寻找 ，安全可靠 ，便于存放 ，对操 作工人在长期操作情况下不会 产 生剧烈 的身体 健康 的损伤 。通 过 创 新 性 的实验研 究 ，不但 得 到 了新 的环 丙基 甲基 酮 的合 成工 艺 ，而 且将 此 工 艺过 程 成 功应用 到 了工业 生产 中为 社 会 生产 作 出 了一 定 的贡 献 。 关键 词 环丙基 甲基酮；气相色谱；精馏；工业应用 Stu dy on T h e Syn thesis of C yclopropy l M ethy l K eton e and T h e P rodu ct A n aly sis M eth od Sp eciality : Pharm aceutical A nah sis A u th o r ： L iu Ju an T u to r ： L i W e i A b stra ct O B JE C T IV E : Through the consult about synthesis of m ethyl ethyl ketone in the large am ount of literature, to target the characteristics of m olecu lar structure ‘ com bined w ith part of the literature in the synthesis advantages, study of new synthetic m ethod of m ethy l ethy l ketone ;in the laboratory through the cyclopropy l m ethyl ketone synthesis process of exp loration, seek the best synthesis product the reaction conditions; through an exploration of the drug interm ediate inspection and quality inspection m ethod, successfu lly app lied to indu strial m ass produ ction .
