提 要 目的：本研究通过观察120例风痰瘀阻型周围性面瘫患者治疗前后的症状、体征 及疗效性指标的变化情况，比较治疗组和对照组治疗前后及组间的症状、体征及疗效 差异，观察牵正复颜饮对风痰瘀阻型周围性面瘫的治疗作用。 方法：统计2010.1～2011.12门诊风痰瘀阻型周围性面瘫患者120例，按就诊顺 序随机分为治疗组牵正复颜饮组和对照组大活络胶囊组，每组各 60 例，2 周为一个 治疗疗程，两组均治疗2个疗程，随访1个月，观察治疗前、治疗2周、4周及随访 时，两组患者House-Brackmann量表评分、中医症状积分的改善程度；并观察治疗前 和治疗4周后两组患者面部残疾指数（FDI ）（包括躯体功能FDIP 评分和社会生活功 能 FDIS 评分）的改善情况。 结果：经统计学分析，治疗后各时点两组患者在House-Brackmann量表临床疗效、 分级、积分，中医症状临床疗效、积分等指标的改善方面，治疗组优于对照组（P＜ 0.05）；治疗前后 PDIS 和 PDIP 评分两组均有非常显著性差异（P＜0.01），治疗组明 显优于对照组（P＜0.01）。 结论：牵正复颜饮治疗风痰瘀阻型周围性面瘫临床疗效显著，既能明显改善患者 的面部症状和体征，又能提高患者生活质量、心理水平，是治疗周围性面瘫安全有效 的方药。 关键词 周围性面瘫；牵正复颜饮；临床研究；疗效 The Clinical Research on Qian Zheng Fu Yan Yi in Treating Facial Palsy of Wind Phlegm Obstruction Speciality：Clinical basic research of Traditional Chinese Medicine Author ：Zhao Jin Tutor ：Prof.Cao Xiaolan Abstract Objective:This study compared the changes of symptoms,signs and efficacy indicators before and after treatment in 120 cases of wind phlegm obstruction facial palsy patients,to observed qian zheng fu yan yin in treating Facial palsy of wind phlegm obstruction.
