提 要 目的：本研究运用祖国医学和中西医结合理论，从理论和临床研究两个方面系统 探讨了类风湿关节炎伴发骨质疏松的病因病机和治疗方法。方法：统计自2010～2011 年间门诊类风湿关节炎患者60例。其中治疗组30例，服用清痹固本汤加减；对照组 30例服用维D钙和阿法迪三。均治疗观察12个月，除对相关疗效进行统计分析外， 还观察了药物安全性及不良反应情况。结果：经临床观察，临床总有效率：治疗组为 96.67%，对照组为 76.67%，治疗组明显优于对照组（P0.05）；在改善临床症状、体 征、实验室指标等方面均优于对照组（P0.05）。结论：类风湿关节炎伴发骨质疏松 的基本病机为肝肾亏损为本，湿、热、瘀、毒互结于内为标。针对病机，根据标本兼 治、攻补兼施的原则，采用清热补肾活血为治法组成的清痹固本汤，对于治疗类风湿 关节炎伴发骨质疏松具有确切疗效。 关键词 类风湿关节炎；骨质疏松；清痹固本汤；临床研究 Qing bi gu ben tang Treatment of rheumatoid arthritis associated with clinical studies of osteoporosis Speciality: Internal Medicine of TCM Rheumatic Disease Author: Zhang Yu Tutor: Fu Xinli Abstract Objective: In this study, the motherland medicine and Western medicine combined with the theory from two aspects of theory and clinical research to explore the etiology and pathogenesis, and treatment of rheumatoid arthritis associated with osteoporosis.Methods: Statistics from 2011 to 2012 60 cases of rheumatoid arthritis patients.Patients taking the side of qing bi gu ben treatment group, treatment of 30 cases; to taking calcium dimension D and E Fa di three of the control group, treatment of 30 cases.Treatment for 12 months and observation of drug safety and adverse effects. Conclusion: The pathogenesis of rheumatoid arthritis associated with osteoporosis, liver and kidney loss-oriented, wet, heat, blood stasis, drugs, each nodewithin the standard. Pathogenesis, according to the principle of
