提 要 目的: 观察活血止痛散熏洗结合功能锻炼对旋后外旋及旋前外旋Ⅲ°～Ⅳ°踝 关节骨折术后功能康复的临床疗效，从而为踝关节骨折术后功能康复提供最佳治疗的 方法。 方法: 本课题选取 2010 年 1 月～2011 年 12 月山东中医药大学附属医院骨科病 房住院治疗的踝关节骨折 50 例患者,其中男、女性各 25 例，所有病例按就诊先后顺 序随机分为活血止痛散熏洗结合功能锻炼组和单纯功能锻炼组各25例。均在术后15 天开始进入本临床研究阶段观察时间均为1年。 结果: 所有研究对象均得到1年的随访，没有发生不良后果，顺利完成本研究， 经统计学处理得出中药熏洗结合功能锻炼是治疗踝关节骨折术后功能康复的较理想 方案。 结论: 活血止痛散熏洗结合功能锻炼比单纯功能锻炼治疗踝关节骨折术后具有 显著的疗效，在早期疼痛、肿胀、关节活动度等症状体征改变尤为明显，远期疗效没 有显著的差别；但是对患者而言能早日减轻骨折及骨折术后带来的痛苦，对改善心理 状态、提高患者生活质量有着积极的意义。 关键词 活血止痛散熏洗；功能锻炼；踝关节骨折；功能康复 The Clinical Research of HuoXueZhiTong Powder Fumigation Combined with Functional Exercises for SER and PER Ⅲ°～ Ⅳ°Ankle Fracture postoperative functional rehabilitation Speciality; Orthopedics of TCM Author: Chen Zhixin Tutor: Prof, Li Jingyin Abstract Objective: To observe HuoXueZhiTong Powder fumigation combined with functional exercises for supination external rotation and pronation external rotation Ⅲ °～Ⅳ° ankle fracture efficacy postoperative functional rehabilitation.
