提 要 目的：观察清热通络饮治疗糖尿病合并下尿路感染的临床疗效，并探讨其作用机 理，以期为中医药治疗糖尿病合并下尿路感染的研究提供一定的理论依据和可行的思 路和方法。方法：在基础降糖的基础上，将临床诊断为糖尿病合并下尿路感染的患者 随机分为两组，每组30例，对照组给予银花泌炎灵治疗；治疗组给予清热通络饮治疗， 两组均以2周为1个疗程。结果：经临床观察，治疗组综合疗效为83.3%.治疗组综合疗 效优于对照组（P0.05）；治疗组在改善本病的临床症状方面优于对照组（P0.05）； 在降低患者的尿白细胞数方面明显优于对照组（P0.05）；两组均能降低患者的血糖 水平，治疗组优于对照组（P0.05）。结论：临床观察表明清热通络饮在治疗糖尿病 合并下尿路感染的疗效可靠，无明显不良反应，显示出广阔的应用前景。 关键词 下尿路感染；清热通络饮；糖尿病；气阴两虚、湿热郁结。 Clinical Study on the Qingretongluoyin Treatment of Diabetes Combined with Lower Urinary Tract Infection Specialty：Internal medicine of TCM Author ：Wang Mingkun Tutor：Professor.
