提 要 目的：观察并评价清热利湿汤联合扶他林片治疗急性期痛风性关节炎的临床疗效 和安全性，为开发治疗急性期痛风性关节炎安全有效的中成药奠定基础。 方法：收集符合急性期痛风性关节炎病人 60 例，其中治疗组 30 例，以中药清热 利湿汤加减联合扶他林片治疗；对照组 30 例，以西药秋水仙碱联合扶他林片治疗。2 组均以 10 天为 1 疗程，观察治疗前后的受累关节红肿热痛、关节功能障碍、短期降 低血尿酸(BUA)、红细胞沉降率、C 反应蛋白值，经评分及统计学方法处理后，综合 评定疗效，并对安全性、复发率做出评价。 结果：1.两组在治疗前年龄、病程以及症状体征积分、血尿酸、血沉、C反应蛋 白差异上均无统计学意义（P0.05）；2.治疗组治疗前后症状体征积分及血尿酸、血 沉、C 反应蛋白值比较均有统计学意义（P0.05）；3.对照组治疗前后症状体征积分 及血沉、C 反应蛋白值比较均有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗前后血尿酸水平比较无 统计学意义（P0.05）；4.治疗后两组症状体征积分、血沉值比较均有统计学意义 （P0.05）；治疗后两组血尿酸、C反应蛋白水平比较无统计学意义（P0.05）；5.两 组总有效率差异有统计学意义（P0.05）；6.治疗后两组患者 3 月内症状复发率比较 有统计学意义（P0.05）；治疗后两组患者症状缓解时间比较无统计学意义(P0.05).7. 两组不良反应率差异无统计学意义（P0.05）。 结论：清热利湿汤在缓解关节疼痛、改善症状等方面具有较好的效果，并且具有 降低血尿酸浓度的作用，可以长期服用。以此表明在急性期痛风性关节炎的治疗中有 一定的应用价值，体现了中医的优势。 关键词 急性期 痛风性关节炎 清热利湿汤 扶他林片 临床研究 A Clinical Study of Qingrelishitang Treating Acute Gouty Arthritis Specia1ity: Internal Medicine of TCM Author: Ding zhiguo Tutor: Fu xinli Abstract Objective：Through clinical research of Qingrelishitang and futalin treating acute gouty arthritis,we explore the treatment of Chinese and Western medicine method and clinical efficacy of acute gouty arthritis.
