石家庄铁道大学毕业设计 2013届 土木工程 学院 专 业 土木工程 学 号 学生姓名 指导教师 完成日期 2013年6 月 10 日 摘 要 何家庄隧道是位于贵广铁路线上的高速铁路隧道。该隧道全隧均为Ⅴ级围岩，隧道洞身全为可溶岩，对隧道的稳定性有很大的影响，因此隧道施工过程中的开挖和支护方法很重要，从开挖到支护完成的整个过程应保证隧道本身的稳定性。本隧道设计的主要内容有：各级围岩荷载计算、复合式衬砌设计、利用有限元软件进行二衬的内力计算、开挖方法设计、爆破设计、防水以及监测等。 本隧道采用新奥法施工，尽量保护围岩，使围岩发挥自承能力。进口和出口段采用环形开挖预留核心土法进洞；洞身段采用三台阶法进行施工，光面爆破，同时采用超前锚杆进行超前预支护。 施工方案里面介绍了各开挖方法施工的开挖工序和支护工序，光面爆破的爆破参数设计，工程的防水设施以及施工监控量测的设计等。还介绍了在本隧道施工中遇见不良地质问题时的处理措施。 关键词：高速铁路隧道 新奥法 三台阶法 监控量测设计 Abstract Hejiazhuang tunnel is a railway tunnel which is located in the Guizhou and Guangzhou high-speed railway line.The whole tunnel surrounding rock tunnel are Grade Ⅴ, the whole tunnel body is in karst,the stability of the tunnel has a great influence,therefore, during the construction of the tunnel excavation and support method is very important,from excavation to support the completion of the whole process should ensure the stability of the tunnel itself.The main contents of tunnel design:calculation of different surrounding rock load , design of composite linings , calculation of internal force in the second lining , design of excavation , design of blasting , design of waterproof and monitoring, etc. The tunnel using NATM,try to protect the rock , so that self-supporting ability to play rock.Import and export segments using ring core indigenous reserve excavation hole ;Cave posture using three step method for the construction,smooth blasting,while using bolt for advance ahead fore polling. Construction program which introduced every method of construction of the excavation process and supporting processes,smooth blasting blasting parameters design,waterproof construction engineering facilities and the design of monitoring and measuring.Also describes the construction of the tunnel geological problems encountered when performing treatment measures.
