提 要
目的：分析PFNA 治疗股骨粗隆间骨折的临床疗效
方法：摘取山东中医药大学第一附属医院骨科自 2009 年 10 月至 2011 年 10 月期
间运用PFNA 治疗的股骨粗隆间骨折患者 80 例。观察其治疗过程及疗效，采用 Harris
评分系统评价其术后髋关节功能，分析 PFNA 的治疗效果。
结果：采用PFNA 治疗的 80 例患者手术刀口均为一期愈合，术后骨折愈合良好，
采用 Harris 评分系统评价其术后髋关节功能优良率为 87.5%。
结论：PFNA 治疗股骨粗隆间骨折取得了良好的治疗效果，其手术时间短，微创，
固定可靠，值得临床推广。

Abstract
Objective: PFNA analysis of the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures of the
clinical curative effect
Methods: Gather the shandong university of Chinese medicine first affiliated hospital
orthopaedic since October 2009 to October 2011 PFNA treatment during the use of
intertrochanteric fractures in 80 cases 。Observe the treatment process and curative effect,
the Harris scoring system to evaluate its postoperative hip function, the treatment effect of
the PFNA analysis.
Results：The PFNA treatment of 80 patients with a knife surgery are for a duration of
healing was good fracture healing, the Harris scoring system to evaluate its postoperative
hip function was 87.5%.
Conclusion: PFNA treatment of intertrochanteric fractures treated well, its operation
time is short, the minimally invasive, fixed and reliable, and clinical promotion.
