提 要 目的：运用数据挖掘技术，对导师胡志强教授治疗紧张型头痛验案的处方用药进 行系统地收集、整理和挖掘，探讨导师治疗紧张型头痛的基本方药及用药配伍规律。 方法：筛选导师胡志强教授门诊治疗紧张型头痛的临床验案，记录整理其处方用 药。借助于 PASW 统计软件建立数据库，运用频数分析、层次聚类分析等数据挖掘 技术对药物进行分析，得出高频药物、药类、常用药对以及相互间关系密切的药物组 成的聚类方，在此基础上，对导师治疗紧张型头痛的基本方药及用药配伍规律等经验 进行探讨。 结果：频数分析得出药物总频数为 2029 次，其中使用频数在 35 次以上的药物共 15 味，频数 8 次以上 （含 8 次）的药物共 60 味，总频数为 1869 次，累计频率 92.11%； 使用频数最多的前五类药为解表药、活血化瘀药、清热药、平肝熄风药、补虚药，总 频数为 1459 次，占药物总频率的 71.9%，是治疗本病的常用药物和药类。聚类分析 得到 6 个相互间关系较为密切的药物组成的聚类方及 14 对常用药对。 结论：通过对聚类方剂、药类、药对等探讨得出，导师治疗紧张型头痛以平肝熄 风、补益心脾、燥湿化痰、柔筋缓急、调理气血、祛风解表止痛等为主要治法。应用 解表药与平肝熄风药多取其“祛风”之功效；活血化瘀药、清热药、化痰止咳平喘药 及利水渗湿药多从“清窍”立法；补虚药和安神药多从“补虚”论治。在药对配伍方 面，导师主要是将性味相近或功能相似的药物相须为用，以增强功效；或将性味相反 或功能不同的药物相配，相反相成，互为补充。 关键词 紧张型头痛；数据挖掘技术；用药配伍规律 Discussion on Professor Hu Zhiqiang s Experience in The Treatment of Tension-type Headache Speciality: Internal Medicine of TCM Author: Jiang Yuhui Tutor: Chief Physician Hu Zhiqiang Abstract Object:Using data mining technology, to collect, collate, and mine mentors Professor Hu Zhiqiang s cases treatment of tension-type headache medication systems，for studying mentors basic prescriptions and drug Compatibility Law in the treatment of tension-type headache.
