论秘书的心理障碍及自我调适 作者：汪芝虹 【摘要】：秘书是一项常青的职业，进入21世纪以来，随着经济社会的持续迅速发展和知识经济的到来，秘书工作职业化不断推进。秘书活动的紧张性、快节奏和高压力，都对秘书的心理品质提出了越来越高的要求。在这种形势下，秘书没有较强的心理调适能力就难以应付工作中出现的各种情况。秘书作为领导的参谋和服务人员，必须具备消除心理障碍和自我调适的能力，推进秘书工作高效运行。本文主要秘书学、心理学与社会学的角度研究秘书心理障碍的主要表现并从主客观方面具体分析了导致其心理障碍产生的重点探讨了秘书心理障碍调适的主要对策。On The Secretary Of The Psychological Barriers And Self-adaptation Abstract： Secretary is an evergreen career, since entering the 21st century, with the sustained rapid economic and social development and the advent of the knowledge-based economy, secretarial work continuously to promote professionalism. Key Words: secretary; psychological barriers; self-adjustment 一 引言 秘书工作是辅助领导进行决策和管理的服务性工作，秘书作为一种社会职业，是从属、服务于领导的。20世纪80年代秘书刚兴起，对秘书的要求不多，到了90年代后秘书工作日趋成熟，秘书的职能与作用不断增大，各企事业单位对秘书的需求不断增加，同时秘书工作职业化也不断推进。这都给秘书从业人员带来了日趋加重的心理压力，常使秘书的心理处于紧张状态，若不适时的加以调整就会造成心理上的失衡并进而导致心理上的偏差和障碍。 秘书心理素质的强弱直接关系到工作效率的高低，一个秘书如果没有良好的心理素质，就难以胜任这项工作。在新的形势下，秘书要具备良好的心理素质，就必须具备较强的心理调适能力，摆正自己的位置，调整好自己的心态，才能承担高强度、高标准的秘书工作从心理学的角度看每个人的心理特征都一定会在实践活动中发挥作用并按照一定规律发展变化心理的发展变化是主客观各种因素相互影响的结果但心理内部的矛盾是其发展变化的根本原因通常所说的心理障碍有一个比较一般的定义，指没有能力按社会认为适宜的方式行动，以致其行为后果对本人或社会是不适应的是心
