Financial and accounting reports is a period of time and a certain point a accounting subject to investors, creditors, and other relevant stakeholders carrier of the disclosure of accounting information directly influence the correct decision of the users of the report, compiled its legitimacy, authenticity, and disclosure of the fair sex directly on our countrys important influence in social life and economic order. At present, the companys financial and accounting report information disclosure still exist many problems, accounting informati
