精品论文 参考文献 探讨中医治疗慢性胃炎临床观察 七台河市中医医院 154600 摘要：目的：浅析中医治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果观察。方法：此次研究的对象是选择我院2012年7月-2014年7月收治的慢性胃炎患者100例。将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分成对照组和观察组。每组患者分别为50例。对照组患者采用常规西医治疗的方法进行治疗。观察组患者施行中医治疗的方法进行治疗。比较两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：治疗结果显示，观察组患者治疗效果显著优于对照组患者；观察组患者的治疗有效率为96%，对照组患者治疗有效率为76%，数据符合统计学差异（Plt;0.05）。结论：临床中，针对慢性胃炎患者，采用中医治疗的方法，有助于患者病情的改善，有效消除患者胃部的炎症，促进患者胃部的健康。可见，中医治疗慢性胃炎具有良好的临床效果，是治疗慢性胃炎的一种有效途径，值得在临床上推广使用。 关键词：中医治疗；慢性胃炎；临床分析 [Abstract] Objective：to analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine in treating chronic gastritis. Methods：the object of this study is to choose our hospital in July July 2012 -2014 treated 100 cases of patients with chronic gastritis. The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed，and randomly divided into control group and observation group. Patients in each group were 50 cases. Patients in the control group were treated with routine western medicine treatment. Patients in observation group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine therapy. The clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups were compared. Results：treatment，observation of the treatment effect was significantly better than the control group；treatment of groups of patients with effective rate was 96%，patients in the control group，the effective rate of the treatment was 76%，in line with the data to statistical differences（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion：the clinical treatment of patients with chronic gastritis，the method of traditional Chinese medicine treatment，help to improve the patients condition，effectively eliminate the inflammation of the stomach of patients，promote the health of the stomach. Obviously，Chinese medicine treatment of chronic gastritis has good clinical effect，is an effective way to treat chronic gastritis，it is worth to be popularized in clinical use.
