精品论文 参考文献 探讨中医治疗肺结核病临床效果 北安市第四人民医院 164000 摘要：目的 研究分析肺结核病采用中医治疗的临床效果进行观察。方法 此次研究的对象是选择2014年6月至2015年7月我中心收治的64例肺结核患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机将其划分为观察组和对照组，两组各32例。其中，对照组患者给予其西药治疗，而观察组患者则给予其中药治疗，对比观察两组患者的治疗疗效。结果 经治疗，观察组患者的质量有效率（96.8%）要显著高于对照组（53.1%），并且观察组患者的复发概率及并发症发生率相比对照组都更低，组间对比差异明显（Plt;0.05），有统计学意义。结论 采取中医疗法治疗肺结核病的疗效非常显著，能够有效的提升肺结核患者的治疗有效率，从而控制患者的复发率及并发症发生率。因此，值得在临床中推广及使用。 关键词：中医药；肺结核；西药；临床观察 [Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine therapy in the treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis.Method the study object is to choose a June 2014 to 2015 July in our hospital from 64 cases of pulmonary tuberculosis patients，their clinical data were retrospective analysis，and randomly divided into observation group and control group，two groups，32 cases in each.Among them，the control group were given western medicine treatment，while the observation group patients were given the traditional Chinese medicine treatment，compared with two groups of patients to observe the curative effect.Results after treatment observed group of patients with quality efficiency（96.8%）was significantly higher than that of control group（53.1%），and observe the incidence of group，the probability of recurrence and complication rate compared to the control group are lower，the between group difference significantly（P lt; 0.05），the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine therapy on pulmonary tuberculosis is very significant，can effectively improve the efficiency of the treatment of tuberculosis patients，so as to control the recurrence rate of patients and the incidence of complications.Therefore，it is worth to be popularized and used in clinical practice.
