精品论文 参考文献 探讨借助钛钉的内直肌眶骨固定术治疗麻痹性外斜视的护理体会 大庆眼科医院 163316 【摘 要】目的：浅析借助钛钉的内直肌眶骨固定术治疗麻痹性外斜视的手术前后的护理体会。方法：此次研究的对象是选择12例12眼完全性动眼神经麻痹、麻痹性外斜视的患者。将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并采用借助钛钉的内眦眶骨固定术，术中外直肌断键，内直肌肌止点处缝合固定上睑下垂悬吊线中部的患者进行眼部护理及心理护理，做好详细的解释工作并配合点眼和做好术前护理减轻术中反应。结果：12例患者在观察期内，11例眼位为-5deg;～+5deg;，1例眼位-25deg;，乃缝线线头松动所致，调整缝线后眼位lt;-5deg;。最长观察期1年，所有患者视力无明显提高，除1例术后1月时缝线线结松脱，其余未见缝线暴露等其他并现症。结论：借助钛钉的内直肌眶骨固定术治疗麻??性外斜视，经过精心的护理，术后眼位满意，长期随访复发率低，值得临床推广。 【关键词】麻痹性；外斜视；钛钉缝线；护理 [Abstract] Objective：to analyze the nursing experience of the treatment of the patients with the external fixation of the medial rectus muscle orbital bone with titanium nail for the treatment of the patients with paralysis.Methods：the subjects of this study is to select 12 cases of 12 eyes with complete oculomotor nerve paralysis，paralytic strabismus patients.The clinical data were retrospective analysis，and by using titanium screws of the medial orbital bone fixation，bond breaking of the lateral rectus，medial rectus muscle check point suture fixation ptosis suspension hanging in the middle of the patients with ocular nursing and psychological nursing，do a good job detailed explanations of the work and with eye drops and good preoperative care to reduce intraoperative reaction.Results：12 patients in the observation period，11 cases of eye position is - 5 degrees to + 5 degrees，1 cases of eye position - 25 degrees，but suture thread loosening caused by，adjustable suture after the eye position lt;-5 degrees.The longest observation period of 1 year，all patients visual acuity was no significant increase，except for 1 case of postoperative 1 month when suture knot loose，and the rest no suture exposure other and malaria.Conclusion：the use of titanium screw in the treatment of the medial rectus orbital bone fixation for the treatment of strabismus，after careful nursing，postoperative eye satisfaction，long-term follow-up rate of recurrence is low，it is worthy of clinical application.
