精品论文 参考文献 探讨内镜下超声微探头在诊治消化道粘膜下隆起病变的作用 段云(河南省安阳市人民医院普内科 455000) 　　【摘要】目的 探讨和分析内镜下超声微探头在诊治消化道粘膜下隆起病变的作用，以为临床医生诊断和治疗提供参考依据。方法 对此次所收治的36例消化道粘膜下隆起病变患者采用内镜下超声微探头检查，然后根据患者病变隆起大小和性质等情况来选择切除方法。结果 此次研究中，消化道粘膜下隆起病变位于黏膜下层以上且直径lt;2.0cm的患者为17例，并采用内镜下治疗，患者没有出血和穿孔等情况发生。直径gt;2.0或者位于固有肌层以下的患者为19例，对患者采用外科切除术治疗。超声诊断结果与病理诊断结果一致。结论 采用内镜下超声微探头诊断消化道粘膜下隆起病变患者，其能够有效地诊断黏膜下隆起的大小和性质以及层次，并对临床治疗方式的选择提供重要的参考价值。 　　【关键词】消化道粘膜下隆起病变 内镜下超声微探头 诊治 　　【中图分类号】R57 【文献标识码】A 【文章编号】1672-5085（2014）06-0057-02 　　Explore endoscopic ultrasound micro probe swell under the treatment of digestive tract mucosa lesions 　　【Abstract】objective to investigate and analyze the micro probe endoscopic ultrasonography in the diagnosis and treatment of gastrointestinal submucosal apophysis lesions, provided a reference for clinical doctors diagnose and treatment.
