精品论文 参考文献 探讨医学检验中血液细胞检验的质量控制措施 牡丹江宁安市第二人民医院 157421 摘要：目的 研究并探讨医院检验过程中血液细胞的检验质量控制方法。方法 此次研究的对象是选择2015年2—8月该院接受血液细胞检查的患者血液样本150例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析。分析全部患者检验结果的差异性，研究使检验结果受影响的关键原因。结果 血液样本的放置时间愈长，检验结果准确性就愈低，不同时间下血液样本检验的结果有明显差异（Plt;0.05）；在低温的环境中放置血液样本，会导致血液细胞检验结果发生变化，和室温条件相比，有明显差异（Plt;0.05）；在不同比例的抗凝剂下，血小板含量、红细胞、血红蛋白与白细胞均存在显著差异（Plt;0.05）。结论 由于患者血液细胞的检验结果会受到多种因素影响，因此为了保证患者血液细胞的检验准确性，需要检验人员严格控制与管理各个检验细节，控制每个阶段的质量，防止发生失误，以免出现错误诊断结果。 关键词：医院检验；血液细胞检验；质量控制 [Abstract] Objective To study and discuss the quality control method of blood cells in the process of hospital inspection. Methods the study was selected in 2015 2 - August in the hospital for blood cell examination of patients with blood samples of 150 cases，the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. To analyze the differences of the test results of all patients，and to study the key reasons for the influence of the test results. Compared to the result of the blood sample storage time longer，and the accuracy of test results is more low，the different time blood sample test results have significant difference（P lt; 0.05）；blood samples were placed in the low temperature environment，will lead to blood cell test results，and the condition of room temperature，there is significant difference（P lt; 0.05）；under the different proportion of anticoagulant，levels of platelets，red blood cell，hemoglobin and white blood cell there are significant difference（P lt; 0.05）. Conclusion because of blood cell in patients with test results will be affected by many factors，so in order to ensure the accuracy of test of blood cell in patients with and need to inspection personnel strict control and management of each test details and control the quality of each stage and to prevent the occurrence of mistakes，in order to avoid errors in diagnosis.
