精品论文 参考文献 探讨外剥内扎结合扩肛治疗环状混合痔 望奎县人民医院 152101 摘要：目的 研究分析外剥内扎结合扩肛对治疗环状混合痔疗效的影响。方法 此次研究的对象是选择2008年1月至2010年12月入住我院接受治疗的26例环状混合痔进行外剥内扎结合扩肛。结果 本组26例外剥内扎结合扩肛方法，26例全部一次性治愈，有2例患者术后1-2个月出现轻度肛门狭窄。结论外剥内扎结合扩肛治疗环状混合痔是一种行之有效的方法。 关键词：外剥内扎；环状混合痔；扩肛 [Abstract] Objective To study the effect of Milligan Morgan combined with anal for the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids curative effect.
