精品论文 参考文献 探讨多层螺旋CT与单层螺旋CT诊断胰腺癌侵犯胰周血管的临床观察 大庆市让胡路区人民医院 163700 摘要：目的：研究分析多层螺旋CT与单层螺旋CT诊断胰腺癌侵犯胰周血管的临床价值。方法：此次研究的对象是选择经手术病理证实为胰腺导管细胞癌患者86例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析。按照术前诊断手段将其分成多层螺旋CT组和单层螺旋CT组，而后对这两组患者的诊断资料展开对比分析。结果：多层螺旋CT对胰腺癌侵犯胰周血管判断的敏感性、准确性均较单层螺旋CT检查高（Plt;0.05），两种检查方法的特异性比较差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）。结论：经多层螺旋CT手段，对胰腺进行检查，可为胰腺癌侵犯胰周血管进行准确的判断，临床价值优于单层螺旋CT检查，在今后的临床诊断中应对其给予足够的重视。 关键词：多层螺旋CT；单层螺旋CT；胰腺癌；胰周血管 [Abstract] Objective：To study the clinical value of multi slice spiral CT and single slice spiral CT in the diagnosis of pancreatic carcinoma invasion of pancreatic vessels. Methods：the study was conducted to select 86 patients with pancreatic ductal cell carcinoma confirmed by surgery and pathology，and the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed. According to the preoperative diagnosis method，it is divided into the multi - slice spiral CT group and the single - slice spiral CT group，and then the two groups of patients with the diagnosis of data analysis. Results：multislice spiral CT for pancreatic cancer invasion peripancreatic vessels to determine the sensitivity and accuracy were compared with single slice spiral CT high（P lt; 0.05），the difference of the specificity of the two kinds of inspection methods no statistical significance（P gt; 0.05）. Conclusion：by means of multi-slice spiral CT，of pancreas are examined，as pancreatic carcinoma invasion of peripancreatic vessels accurate judgment and clinical value than single slice spiral CT examination，in the clinical diagnosis of the future response given enough attention. [Key words] multi slice spiral CT；single slice spiral CT；pancreatic carcinoma；pancreatic blood vessel 近几年随着多层螺旋CT技术在临床上的广泛应用，使得临床疾病诊断效果得到很大程度的改善。本次研究中出于对多层螺旋CT与单层螺旋CT诊断胰腺癌侵犯胰周血管的临床价值进行评价分析，为今后的临床诊断工作提供一定的参考依据的目的，对我院收治的经手术病理证实为胰腺导管细胞癌患者的临床诊断资料展开了回顾性分析，结果汇报如下。 1 资料与方法 1.1 一般资料 研究资料来源于2013年1月至2014年12月间我院收治的经手术病理证实为胰腺导管细胞癌患者86例作为研究对象，男61例，女25例，年龄41～82岁，平均年龄（59.8plusmn;11.2）岁。按照术前诊断手段将受试者分为多层螺旋CT组和单层螺旋CT组，每组43例。两组患者的年龄、性别等各项指标比较差异无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05）
