精品论文 参考文献 探讨多潘立酮治疗慢性胃炎的临床意义 绥化市第一人民医院152000 　　【摘要】目的 研究分析多潘立酮治疗慢性胃炎的临床效果和重要性。方法 此次研究的对象是选择了2014年3月-2015年3月我院接收的160例患者，将其随机分为对照组和实验组，对照组患者仅给予常规药物治疗，而实验组患者给予了多潘立酮治疗，2周后对其治疗效果、临床症状评分等进行记录和对比。结果 实验组患者治疗有效率（98.75%）明显高于对照组的（90.0%），治疗前两组患者临床症状评分差异不明显，无统计学意义（Pgt;0.05），治疗后实验组患者的临床症状评分均低于对照组，同时治疗两周后的临床症状评分要低于治疗一周后，他们之间的数据差异具有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论 在慢性胃炎患者临床治疗过程中，可以根据患者的临床特点和身体情况为其提供多潘立酮，其不仅可以有效改善患者的胃功能，而且还能提高其治疗效果和生活质量。 　　【关键词】多潘立酮；慢性胃炎；临床疗效 　　Study on the clinical significance of domperidone in the treatment of chronic gastritis Lou Hongjie The first peoples Hospital of Suihua City, 152000 [Abstract] objective clinical effect and importance analysis of domperidone in the treatment of chronic gastritis. Method the study object is the choice of the 160 patients admitted in our hospital in March 2014 March 2015, divided for control group and the experimental group, control group were only given routine drug treatment, and patients in the experimental group were given domperidone treatment, 2 weeks after the treatment effect, clinical symptom score were recorded and compared. Results: in the experimental group, the treatment efficiency (98.75%) was significantly higher than that of control group (90.0%), before the two groups of patients with clinical symptoms scores of treatment is not obvious and had no statistical significance (P gt; 0.05), after treatment the patients clinical symptom score was significantly lower than that of control group, and treatment for two weeks after the clinical symptoms score less than one week of treatment, the data differences between them has statistical significance (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion in chronic gastritis patients with the clinical course of treatment, can according to the clinical characteristics of the patients and health to provide domperidone. It not only can effectively improve the patients of gastric function, but also can improve the treatment effect and quality of life. [keyword] domperidone; chronic gastritis; clinical curativ
