精品论文 参考文献 探讨妊娠中晚期合并亚临床甲减对妊娠结局及胎儿的影响 齐齐哈尔市甘南县妇幼保健计划生育服务中心 162100 摘要；目的：探讨并分析妊娠中晚期合并亚临床甲减对妊娠结局及胎儿的影响。方法：此次研究的对象是选取我院在2014年10月-2015年10月收治的妊娠中晚期合并亚临床甲减孕妇患者临床资料69例。并将其作为实验组，再选取同期我院收治的健康产妇患者临床资料69例作为对照组。将其临床资料进行回顾性分析。采用SPSS16.0统计学软件进行统计学分析实验组与对照组孕妇妊娠期的妊娠并发症发生率。结果：实验组孕妇妊娠期出现高血压疾病的有9例，占13.04%，出现早产的有5例，占7.25%，出现贫血的有6例，占8.70%；对照组孕妇妊娠期出现高血压疾病的有3例，占4.35%，出现早产的有1例，占1.45%，出现贫血的有2例，占2.90%；实验组并发症发生率远远高于对照组，两组数据比较差异???统计学意义（Plt;0.05）；观察组新生儿中出现低体重胎儿的有11例，占15.64，胎儿窘迫的有4例，占5.80%；对照组新生儿中出现低体重胎儿的有2例，占2.90%，胎儿窘迫的有0例，占0.0%；实验组新生儿中出现低体重胎儿以及胎儿窘迫的发生率显著高于对照组，两组数据比较差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论：妊娠中晚期合并亚临床甲减对妊娠结局及胎儿的影响比较大。 【关键词】妊娠中晚期；合并亚临床甲减；妊娠结局；胎儿的影响 [Abstract] Objective：To investigate the effect and analysis of pregnancy complicated with subclinical hypothyroidism on pregnancy and fetus.Methods：the research object is selected in our hospital in October 2014 and 2015 from October of pregnancy combined with advanced sub clinical hypothyroidism in pregnant patients clinical data of 69 cases.And as the experimental group，and then select the same period in our hospital，69 cases of healthy maternal clinical data as a control group.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.SPSS16.0 statistical software was used to analyze the incidence of pregnancy complications in the experimental group and the control group.Results：the experimental group of pregnancy hypertension disease in 9 cases，accounting for 13.04%，there were 5 cases of premature delivery，accounting for 7.25%，there are 6 cases of anemia，accounting for 8.70%；the control group of pregnant women during gestational period hypertension in 3 cases，accounting for 4.35%，there were 1 cases of premature delivery，accounted for 1.45%.There are 2 cases of anemia，accounting for 2.90%；incidence of complications in the experimental group than the control group，statistically significant differences between the two groups of data（Plt;0.05）；observation of fetal low birth weight neonates in 11 cases，accounting for 15.64，fetal distress in 4 cases，accounting for 5
