精品论文 参考文献 探讨宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉临床效果 刘延仙（黑龙江省嘉荫农场医院153223） 　　【摘要】目的：研究分析宫腔镜治疗子宫内膜息肉的临床观察。方法：选择在2012 年4 月到2014 年4 月期间入住我院接受治疗的252例子宫内膜息肉患者作为临床研究对象，按患者是否有生育要求分为两组，每组126 例，，对对照组没有相关生育要求的患者实施内膜切除术进行子宫内膜息肉的治疗; 对研究组患者在宫腔镜的观察下实施手术治疗。结果：研究组患者的治疗有效率（93.7%）明显高于对照组患者（78.6%），差异存在统计学上的意义（Plt;0.05）; 研究组患者的手术时间及出血量明显低于对照组，组间差异明显，存在统计学上的意义（Plt;0.05）。 　　结论：宫腔镜电切术对于子宫内膜息肉的临床治疗效果较好，改善患者的相关症状，具有一定的临床价值。 　　【关键词】宫腔镜; 子宫内膜息肉; 治疗; 临床分析【中图分类号】 R2 【文献标号】 A 【文章编号】 2095-9753（2016）3-0309-01Abstract: Objective: To investigate the clinical effect of 126 cases of endometrial polyps treated by hysteroscopy. Methods:will be April 2012 to 2014 during the month of April in our hospital accepted treatment of 252 cases of uterine endometrial polypspatients as a clinical study, according to whether the patients have fertility requirements are divided into two groups, each group of126 cases, the control group no fertility related requirements of patients undergoing endarterectomy for the treatment of uterineendometrial polyps; the study group patients in observation of hysteroscopy surgery. Results: the treatment of patients in the studygroup with efficiency (93.7%) was significantly higher than that of the control group patients (78.6%), the difference is statisticallysignificance (P lt; 0.05); the operation time of the patients in the study group and the amount of bleeding was significantly lower thanthat of the control group, between group difference, there is statistical significance (P lt; 0.05). Conclusion: the clinical effect ofhysteroscopy in the treatment of endometrial polyps is good, and it can improve the patients symptoms, and has some clinical value.Keywords: Hysteroscopy; endometrial polyps; treatment; clinical analysis 　　子宫内膜息肉是因为雌激素影响患者的子宫内膜而表现出增生的情况，导致患者的病灶逐渐向上生长而突出到子宫内膜的表面，多表现出经期比较不稳定、阴道出现不规则的出血等症状，严重时导致患者最终不孕，对患者的身心健康带来不良影响[1]。使用宫腔镜对患者的子宫内膜息肉的进行相关的治疗，可明显提高临床治疗效果，有助于患者的身体状况的恢复，减少患者的痛苦，治疗效果较佳[2]。本文对宫腔镜治疗126 例子宫内膜息肉患者的临床疗效进行研究分析，所研究的结果报道如下。 　　1 一般资料和方法1.1 一般资料将2012 年4 月到2014 年4 月期间在我院接受治疗的252 例子宫
