精品论文 参考文献 探讨宫颈环形电切术治疗慢性宫颈炎的护理体会 齐齐哈尔市甘南县妇幼保健计划生育指导中心 162100 摘要：目的：研究分析宫颈环形电切术治疗慢性宫颈炎的护理体会。方法：此次研究的对象是选择本院2013年1月—2014年1月收治行宫颈环形电切术的慢性宫颈炎患者62例，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并就患者围手术期的护理要点展开分析。结果：62例慢性宫颈炎患者均在围手术期给予优质、全面的护理指导，术后6个月复查痊愈52例（83.87%），有效7例（11.29%），总有效率高达95.16%，另3例（4.84%）患者复发后再次手术得到治愈。结论：慢性宫颈炎患者行宫颈环形电切术治疗时，于围手术期给予优质护理指导，可提高治疗效果、缩短恢复时间，减轻不良反应，值得推广应用。 　　关键词：宫颈环形电切术；慢性宫颈炎；护理要点 　　[Abstract] Objective：To study and analyze the nursing experience of cervical loop electrical excision procedure in the treatment of chronic cervicitis. Methods：the research object is selected in our hospital in January 2013 - 2014 January were treated with loop electrosurgical resection of 62 cases of patients with chronic cervicitis，their clinical data were retrospective analysis，and patients with peri operative nursing points to carry on the analysis. Results：62 cases of chronic cervicitis patients were in the peri operation period give high-quality，comprehensive care and guidance，after six months recovery in 52 cases（83.87%），7 cases were effective（11.29%），the total efficiency is as high as 95.16%，other 3 cases（4.84%）patients who relapse after reoperation were cured. Conclusion：in the treatment of Chronic Cervicitis Patients with cervical loop electrical excision，in the perioperative period to give quality care guidance，can improve the treatment effect，shorten the recovery time，reduce adverse reactions，it is worth promoting the application. [Key words] cervical loop electrical excision；chronic cervicitis；nursing key points 宫颈环形电切术又称作LEEP刀，其作为一种微创手术，是经由电极尖端产生3.8兆HZ的高频电波，在接触患者身体后，通过组织本身阻抗，吸收此高频电波而瞬间产生高热，进而达到治疗疾病的目的。本院于近年来收治的宫颈炎患者，均采用LEEP刀治疗，并于围手术期给予综合、有效的护理，现鉴于护理措施对促进疗效起到的显著作用，具体作如下报道。 　　 1资料与方法 　　 1.1一般资料 　　选择本院2013年4月—2014年4月收治行宫颈环形电切术的慢性宫颈炎患者62例，年龄在22—57岁之间，平均年龄为（28plusmn;5.13）岁；病程在5个月—7年之间，平均病程为（3plusmn;0.68）年；所有患者均经阴道镜下定位活检，确诊为慢性宫颈炎，其中，未婚者19例，已婚者43例。 　　 1.2方法 　　62例患者在行宫颈环形电切术（LEEP刀）的围手术期，均给予积极、有效的护理措施，具体的护理要点如下所示： 　　⑴基础护理。护理人员在手术前遵医嘱，协助患者做好妇科检查、血常规检查、白带清洁
