精品论文 参考文献 探讨封闭负压引流治疗骨科创伤感染临床效果 哈尔滨骨伤科医院 150001 摘要：目的 研究分析封闭负压引流治疗骨科创伤感染的临床效果。方法 此次研究的对象是选择2012年4月—2013年5月该院收治的72例骨科外伤感染患者，将其临床资料进行回顾性分析，并随机分成实验组和对照组，每组36例，实验组患者采取封闭负压引流的治疗方式治疗骨科创伤感染，对照组患者采取常规的治疗方式治疗骨科创伤感染，最终分析两组患者的治疗效果。结果 实验组患者的治疗效果优于对照组患者，在住院天数方面，实验组患者的住院天数为（19.55plusmn;6.53）d，对照组患者的住院天数为（31.53plusmn;8.52）d；在换药次数方面，实验组患者的换药次数为（1.51plusmn;0.52）次，对照组患者的换药次数为（9.52plusmn;2.54）次；在住院费用方面，实验组患者的住院费用为（5211.00plusmn;30.53）元，对照组患者的住院费用为（5751.00plusmn;45.51）元，差异有统计学意义（Plt;0.05）。结论 封闭负压引流治疗骨科创伤感染的临床效果显著，值得在临床实践中大力推广和实践。 关键词：封闭负压引流；骨科；创伤感染；感染 [Abstract] Objective To study the clinical effect of closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of wound infection in Department of orthopedics.Methods in this study，the object is to choose a 2012 treated in the hospital from April 2013 may 72 cases of orthopedic trauma infection patients，the clinical data were retrospectively analyzed and randomly divided into experimental group and control group，with 36 cases in each group，patients in the experimental group take closed negative pressure drainage treatment treatment of orthopaedic trauma infection，the control group of patients taking routine treatment in the treatment of orthopedic trauma infection，the final analysis of the therapeutic effect of two groups of patients.Results：in the experimental group，the treatment effect is better than that of control group，in length of hospital stay，the patients hospital stay（19.55 + 6.53 d），control group，the length of hospital stay was 31.53 + 852 days；in terms of the number of dressing changes.Patients in the experimental group the number of dressing for（1.51，0.52），control group，the number of dressings was（9.52 + 2.54）；in hospitalization expenses，the patients hospitalization expenses for the（5211 + total of 30.53 million），control group patients hospitalization expenses for the（57.51 + 45.51）yuan，the difference is statistically significant（P lt; 0.05）.Conclusion the clinical effect of closed negative pressure drainage in the treatment of woun
